COVID-19 Alert Level 3

Added "all staff (regardless of their vaccination status) must have returned a negative COVID-19 test before returning on site. This must be either a nasal swab (nasopharyneal) or throat swab (oropharyngeal anterior nares)" to the green note at the top of the topic.

This is a new subtopic.
- Added wording for schools with the International Module and Boarding House/Hostel Policies to mention residential caregivers and boarding house/hostel staff, as appropriate, in the list of people covered by the Vaccinations Order.
- Added wording about vaccination register information being stored securely in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
- Added wording to clarify anyone covered by the Vaccinations Order who has not had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination cannot be on site during a time when they may come into contact with students.
- Added a new section about Termination procedures for employees who are not compliant with the mandate requirements.

- Added a bullet point under Wear a face covering for primary schools about requiring students and staff in education for years 4 and up to wear a face covering at school, unless they have an exemption (following new guidance from the Ministry). Composite schools now also have this wording.
