• Strengthened policy by adding more information from the Code and Code Guidelines.

International Enrolment

• Aligned policy closely with the Code and Code Guidelines, including removing procedural information that differs for schools.
• Added new default wording about who is responsible for ensuring that pre-enrolment is up to date and provided to international learners, and who is responsible for managing enrolment contracts.
• Added a new section on requirements under the Education and Training Act 2020.

International Learner Fees

• Added wording relating to requirements of the Education and Training Act 2020.
• In a previous update to this policy, removed reference to fee amounts. Now removed old customised topics that state fee amounts in a table. Instead, schools can link to fee information on their website or in a PDF.

International Learner Insurance

• Updated wording to clarify the requirements and actions of the school and removed information that not required at policy level.
