At St Joseph's School, the board is the 
PCBU (person conducting a business or undertaking) under section 36 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. As the PCBU, the board does what is reasonably practicable to provide and maintain a safe environment, and works to eliminate or minimise health and safety risks. To maintain a safe environment and protect the privacy of people at the school, St Joseph's School does not allow the use of drones on school grounds at any time.
Under the Civil Aviation Rules, drones are considered aircraft, and any use of drones must comply with the Rules. See Civil Aviation Rules
